On July 7, 2026, the ninth session of the 2026 Young Eagle Training Camp “Foreign Trade Speaker” was held at 2:00 p.m., focusing on strengthening overseas customer development skills and supporting the RAYLLY team in expanding global markets. Super Su was invited to deliver a practical training session themed “Export Experience with Customers from Different Countries,” sharing first-hand experience and practical approaches to overseas customer development.

The training was also available online through DingTalk, allowing employees in different locations to participate. Using four major customer types as a framework, the instructor shared real export cases from different countries and analyzed common challenges, negotiation preferences, purchasing logic, and customer management techniques. The practical examples provided valuable guidance tailored to the RAYLLY team’s overseas business needs.

The offline session featured an active learning atmosphere. RAYLLY team members took notes, followed the instructor’s analysis, and actively participated in discussions and Q&A sessions. Employees also shared challenges they had encountered when developing overseas customers. A short quiz was arranged at the end of the course to reinforce key knowledge, followed by a group photo to capture the learning experience.

The training provided practical insights into managing customers from different countries and created opportunities for experience sharing across teams.
