We can typically deliver standard machines within 7 days, supported by our extensive local and nationwide stock network. For factory orders, production and delivery may take 30 days or more, depending on the machine and manufacturer.

With extensive international trade experience, we support all Incoterms® 2010 and commonly offer FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP, and DAP terms.

Sea Freight: Approximately 80% of our shipments are transported by sea via containers or RoRo/Bulk vessels to destinations across Africa, South America, the Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia.

Road & Rail: For neighboring inland countries such as Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, we provide road and railway transportation.

Express Delivery: For urgent spare parts, we offer international express services through DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable carriers.

We provide a 12-month or 2,000-hour warranty for all machines exported by us. During the warranty period, defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal operation will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at our discretion. We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered by this warranty or caused by excluded factors.
