From June 5 to 8, 2026, all RAYLLY members embarked on a four-day team-building trip to Western Sichuan under the theme “Journey Through Mountains and Rivers.” Departing from Shanghai, the team temporarily stepped away from daily work to embrace nature, strengthen connections, and recharge for future challenges. During the journey, team members visited some of Western Sichuan’s most iconic destinations, including Tagong Grassland, Siguniang Mountain’s Shuangqiao Valley, and the breathtaking Moshi Park. Surrounded by magnificent landscapes, snow-capped mountains, vast grasslands, and unique geological formations, the team enjoyed unforgettable experiences while immersing themselves in the beauty of nature. To strengthen product expertise and accelerate the professional development of new employees, RAYLLY participated in the 11th session of the 2026 EONMAC Young Eagle Training Camp – "Foreign Trade Speaker" on July 21, 2026. The training was delivered by Leona Liang from the Qingdao Legion under the theme "The Lifeline Beneath the Earth – Horizontal Directional Drilling Machines," providing specialized product knowledge for team members who joined after 2025. Due to venue capacity limitations at the headquarters, the training was conducted across two offline locations. RAYLLY participants from Shanghai Center attended the session in the Atlantic Hall, while team members from Gubei Fortune Center joined simultaneously in the Africa Hall. A live online broadcast was also provided to ensure broad participation. Drawing on industry applications and real international trade project cases, the speaker introduced the working principles of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) machines, their construction advantages, overseas application scenarios, and key differences compared with similar equipment. The session helped participants build a comprehensive understanding of HDD products and their applications in global markets. The training created a focused and interactive learning environment.
